Hi. I would like a lane for cycling on High Street (alongside Vue Cinema) from High street (Level with Katherine Street) and North End (Level with George Street and Alms Houses).
Hi Geoff (long time no hear) and Peter, I understand that Croydon Council’s Carole Crankshaw wants to put in a contraflow cycle lane to allow cyclists to ride from the High Street into North End and out the other side into London Road.
i agree with Geoff Draper, lots of cyclists use the pavement/ride into oncoming traffic outside Vue Cinema and there is definately space for a cycle lane
